What ages can attend?
Camp is open to children ages 4–12

What should my child bring?
Backpack, water bottle, lunch, snack, swimsuit & towel (on swim days), and a change of clothes

What time is drop-off and pick-up?
Drop-off begins at 7:00 AM and pick-up is by 6:00 PM

Central Middle School (May–July) and Lawton Family YMCA (starting August 3)

Are there field trips?
Yes. Field trips are optional and not included in the weekly fee. Pricing and details will be shared in advance

What is included in the weekly fee?
All on-site camp activities including arts & crafts, gym games, outdoor play, STEM activities, swimming, and themed events

When does weekly registration close?
Weekly registration will close at 11:59 PM on the Friday prior to each camp week. This allows our team time to finalize staffing, group assignments, and supplies.
Once weekly registration closes, it will not reopen.
If space is available, single-day options may still be offered.

What is your refund policy?
• A $25 weekly deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot and is non-refundable
• Deposits are applied toward the weekly balance
• Full payment is due prior to the week of attendance
• Cancellations must be made by the Thursday prior to the registered week to avoid being charged
• No refunds or credits will be given for missed days, illness, schedule changes, or failure to attend
• If a child is withdrawn mid-week, no refunds will be issued for remaining days
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing
